Neturen actively protects the results generated from our R&D and business activities with patents and other intellectual property rights in order to safeguard the Group's technologies and to leverage them in our business.
Since Neturen has overseas sales, we file intellectual property rights applications outside Japan as well, taking cost-effectiveness into account, for the benefit of our overseas business.
Expertise is kept confidential and efforts are made to prevent its leakage outside the company.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and strive to prevent infringement.

Depending on the nature of the business, Neturen works on building barriers to entry through our own intellectual property rights or investigation for clearance of other parties' intellectual property rights.
We are committed to implementing IP strategies in the preliminary stages of business conception through to the creation of new businesses.
