Jikuhidai® is a type of incremental plasticity processing that forms an enlarged area by applying axial compressive stress and repetitive alternating tensile and compressive stress through rotary bending of the shaft material.
Since the process enables large-diameter parts to be cold formed without machining, it has already been used for various parts as a resource-saving, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly type of processing.
