Neturen has developed ”PALNIP, a heat treatment technology that combines salt nitrocarburizing and induction quenching, in collaboration with Nihon Parkerizing Co. Ltd.
”PALNIP” is a combined technology that enhances abrasion resistance characteristics by salt nitrocarburizing and improves fatigue strength by induction quenching. It has already entered extensive use for automotive parts.
Neturen plans to expand application of this technology to a diverse range of parts in the future.
