ULBON for piles is the only high-strength rebar in Japan that can also be used for shear reinforcement of cast-in-place piles, improving cost and workability.
Using cast-in-place piles are one of the most common methods of constructing pile foundations to prevent toppling over and settlement of heavy buildings.

(1) The amount of rebar is reduced because the rebar diameter can be smaller than when using ordinary rebar.
Concrete filling is also improved.
(2) Ultimate strength design is also available.
(3) The standard delivery time is two to three weeks from the time of order placement.
Please let us know at the U15 and U17 design stage due to raw material arrangements.
1. After processing ULBON into a spiral at the factory, it is delivered to the site.
2. Insert into temporarily assembled main reinforcement
3. Temporarily position the required number of spiral hoops
4. Attach a hook-shaped jig to the end of the hook.
5. Place reinforcements at predetermined intervals while tightening.
6. Tighten to the main reinforcement with binding wire (cannot be welded)
7. Hang the end hook on the main reinforcement
8. Reinforcement is complete.
